What area are you located?
Our new location is at the corner of Hayden & Redfield in North Scottsdale.
How long are the sessions?
90min for DJ / 2 HR for Music Production
How many people are in a class?
All sessions (Production or DJ) are 1-on-1.
How often will I go?
Beginners are advised to attend one class per week for 3 sessions. Afterwards sessions are spaced out as students require practice in between to develop muscle memory.
Do I need my own equipment?
It is highly recommended students acquire their own DJ Gear by the 3rd session. The skills desired in this course are dependent on muscle memorized techniques only mastered with a dedicated practice routine.
How long has the Academy been in business?
We opened in 2012 as a residential only private dj school.
Is there an age requirement?
As of today, we’re yet to encountered any age too young or old. Given there are obvious limitations & liabilities with teaching young children, we do ask parents to be present during sessions with children under 10 years of age.
